The first “Hostel” was a film that split the audience down the middle, a lot of people loved it but similiarly, a lot of people hated it. Rotten Tomatoes reports that at the recent MTV Movie Awards, Eli Roth confided a few details about a sequel to the first film and he expressed the fact that the gender roles of the first film will be turned on their head and that he is “writing ‘Hostel 2′ for girls”, “it’s going to be three girls this time” he added. The film will, like the first, take place in Europe, but this time will choose to set itself up in Italy and promises to be just as gruesome and cringeworthy as the original.
